a. About Shipping


Our goal is to ensure that the items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

All articles sold on coolladen are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days. If you have not received your articles after this time, you are entitled to a full refund after a postal inspection.
b. Free shipping & Duty free for the whole store

There are now no shipping costs, free shipping for all products and since all our items are shipped from EU warehouse, there are no customs fees or problems

c. Shipping Methods & Shipping Time

After shipping, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number. Normally you can track your package at https://www.17track.net

1-Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing time = the time between the time you place your order and the time of shipment

Shipping time = the time between shipping and delivery of your order to you

2-Processing Time

In this part we ask you for about 48 hours for quality control and arrange a suitable shipping. After the package is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the shipping information.

3-Shipping Methods

We normally use DHL UPS DPD as courier. The shipping methods vary depending on the shipping method / warehouse. Please see the following table for details.

After shipping, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number. Normally you can track your package at:

Note:

1- Shipping Area: Germany,Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland,Belgium,UK(only some specific product can be shipped to UK)

2- Working days: Working days refer to Monday ~ Friday (except on holidays and weekends)

3- The time we write is the estimated general delivery time
